Warranty Scope – What We Cover
At Maja Emulto, quality is our top priority. If any manufacturing defects occur within 2 years, we will examine the case carefully.
- Perfect material processing – We protect you against processing errors such as surface porosity or structural defects.
- Stability of the settings – Our settings are made to last reliably in everyday life. If a stone comes loose without any external influence, we will cover this.
- Flawless materials and stones – Any defects or damage to stones and metals already present upon delivery are covered by our guarantee.
Normal wear and tear and warranty exclusions
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects, but not wear and tear or damage caused by intensive use. The following cases are therefore not covered:
- Normal signs of wear such as scratches, dents and discoloration from everyday wear
- Exposure to external factors such as chemicals, makeup, water (e.g. swimming pools and hot tubs)
- Deformations and broken chains due to external influences
- Stone loss due to deformation or damage to the setting
Process for a warranty claim
If a rare manufacturing defect occurs within 2 years, please contact us within 7 days of discovering the defect. Our quality team will carefully examine the case to determine if it is a warranty case. If the conditions are met, we will offer you a quick solution that includes a free repair or replacement. If an exchange is not possible, we will issue you a gift voucher for the value of the jewelry.
