Would you like to return one or more items?
With us you have the right to return the goods within 30 days of receiving your order without giving any reason.
We attach great importance to environmental protection. In order to avoid unnecessary returns and thus contribute to environmental protection, we charge a small fee of EUR 2.99 for the use of our return label. This measure helps us to use resources responsibly and reduce our environmental impact. You can of course also return the package at your own expense.
Please note that we do not send confirmations of receipt for returns. As soon as your return has been processed, we will inform you by email. Our current processing time for returns is 2-5 working days after receipt of the shipment.
Here's how to proceed with a return:

Write down the following information on a piece of paper and enclose it with your return:
- Your name
- Your order number
- The reason for return (for replacement, exchange or refund)

Please keep the postal receipt with the tracking number carefully. This will enable us to carry out an investigation in case of loss.
